Chef & Owner Joseph Zaka has presided over the kitchen since December 9th, 2004.
One can find in each of his creations Perfection, Requirement,
Authenticity and Imagination, all qualities forged by his twenty-three years of experience in his two restaurants in France
(Brittany).
With his discrete and yet cordial demeanor,
Joseph Zaka manages to offer a cuisine that is at the same time classic, refined, powerful in savor and respectful to the
product, with the will to make it exceptional. He remains committed to powerful taste while notably limiting his use of sugar
and fat content.
